Depot Service Technician
Current• Adhere to the technical process for carrying out the planned hardware and software upgrade atcustomer locations across Canada. This encompasses the cleaning/decontamination process, executingthe upgrade, and conducting testing/validation for each serviced device• Worked on various stations (such as Evaluation, Builder, Pressure, Latcher and so on) of Spectrum V8/IQand Novum Pumps• Performed Inbound testing of Novum LVPs at customer’s site• Interact with customer representatives in a positive, professional, helpful manner that results in apositive experience for the customer• Performed Preventive maintenance and Calibration processes on various tools, fixtures and equipments• Produce high-quality outcomes• Achieve the production goals• Keep precise and comprehensive service records updated in Baxter's service systems.• Uphold and verify the certification of all work and test equipment in accordance with companyoperating policies, SOPs and procedures.• Communicate with the co-workers regarding the work to achieve the goal• Trains and motivates the junior co-workers and new hires on various workstations
