Communicate the same to the stakeholders. •Manage the POB mobilization and demobilization plan for IAPS activity based on the plan/plan change/breakin by activity owner to optimize the helicopter schedule and save business value by avoiding additional landing. •Review the functional activity plan such as maintenance plan, engineering plans, metering plans, project plan, subsurface plans, utility plans, etc., and develop integrated plans in various time horizons such as short term and very short term. •Run material meetings and take action based on the status provided by the activity owner to ensure the very short-term and short-term plans are stable. •Ensure equipment maintenance is planned, scheduled, and executed before the latest allowable finish date. •Manage the maintenance overdue/CM backlogs to achieve the must win target within the due date. •Manage plan changes and breakins on a weekly basis based on the risk ranking. •Provide feedback on technical and quality issues in IAPS delivery, and suggest improvement plans to achieve 100% delivery, resulting in plant stability and improved reliability/efficiency. •Provide continuous improvement initiatives and track progress to ensure they benefit the asset & TAO. •Prepare maintenance measures report to identify bad actors and areas of improvement, taking necessary actions to enhance overall plant productivity and availability. •Create VBA automation for tasks to streamline the process. •Follow up on past scheduled work orders and reschedule based on team feedback.
