Job Description• Conduct Risk Assessment and prepare risk based Internal Audit Plan.• Conduct business process review so as to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over the business cycles.• Review documentations for strengthening IFC.• Prepare and present Internal Audit presentation for audit committee meetings.• Develop a departmental annual work plan and financial budget and monitor their implementation.• Promote the highest standards of ethics and standards across the organisation• Provide leadership to the department staff and supervise and manage their performance and development in line with the Organization’s goals, objectives and policies.• Update group regional audit as needed on audit progress and potential issues in a timely manner• To conduct audit of group companies across APAC region as per the Group requirement.

Job Description :• Evaluating and rating different Business Units of the organization across globe on materiality. • Performing walkthroughs, designing of ‘Process flow diagrams’ and ‘Risk-Control matrices’ for identified processes on risk based approach.• Testing of controls for subsidiaries across globe. [As per annual plan]• Reviewing the controls tested by team members and consultants at local and overseas locations.• Communicating and discussing testing results with respective Finance Controllers and obtaining preliminary management action plans.• Monitoring the implementation status of action plans agreed with process owners.• Review and analyse Controllers’ Forum (CF) presentations, communicate with Finance Controllers for query resolution and participate in CF.
