ROLE: An opportunity to be at the frontline of thebusiness and take charge of an entire territory and increase the Customer Market Share, Revenue Market Share and execute the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy in the prepaid business through the vast distribution network.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the SIM & Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.- Initiate active relationship management programs through continuous and effective engagement with Retailers and Field Sales Executives (FSE)Develop Timely Market Intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors' performance.Work closely with the network team to understand and improve mobile network in the markets.

•Responsible for appointing Store, SF, Sales Team like ASDM, SI, SE.• To make sure that all store In Charge are doing inward of inventory in system only.• DMs will coordinate and get resolve any issues related to BP with-in 3 to5 days• Maintain the relationship with Store Employee & Registered Coustomer.• Events Management, Presentations, Participation in exhibitions, talk regarding product etc.• Implementing marketing strategies to improving the visibility of the products in the market.• Handling our ASDM Sales team, Delivery Team, Store In charge, SalesExecutive• Team is properly informed regarding the process of first-in and first-out.• Responsible for getting the process implemented at ground levels.

• Responsible for appointing RS, Wholesalers and Retailers.• Managing potential customer relation.• Events Management: Presentations, Participation in exhibitions, talk regarding product etc.• Implementing marketing strategies to improving the visibility of the products in the market.• Handling our Dealer Sales team and delivery Team• Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sale.• Maintain the relationship with Retailers.

HUL Shakti• Responsible for appointing Rural Shakti Outlet.• Managing potential customer relation.• Handling our Shakti and Shakti child outlets & shops.• Implementing marketing strategies to improving the visibility of the products in the market.• Maintain the relationship with Distributer.
