I am an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 11 years of experience within this field. I am currently working at Your Brand Services Inc. / Lemont Media Inc. that provides complete artist and catalog management services including copyright, research, rights administration, licensing, financing, marketing/creative services.I am also currently pursuing my passion for Web Design. My company, Cyber & Space Telecom Inc. provides full service Web design, hosting, and management. Since completing my post-secondary education, my professional career has led me on an interesting and rewarding path that has proved to be a perfect synergy between my entrepreneurial ambitions and my passion for entertainment, information technology, and education. My experience includes reorganizing and running an HR department for three separate companies with a staff of over 180 employees. Being the sole individual in the department I was in charge of payroll, recruitment (IT, Marketing, Sales, Accounting, etc), employee relations, benefits administration, and overall office management. I am a passionate, creative, ambitious problem-solver who seeks out challenging and demanding opportunities to contribute to the growth of progressive organizations.
