After graduating from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore, Vikas wrote the fastest compiler at Stanford and then dropped out of the PhD program to start multiple companies. While at Stanford he worked on the prestigious PADS Project, whose alumni have since gained prominence at DARPA.In 2003, Vikas founded InterNext Technologies, Inc., composed of his 4 online finance communities whose collective membership exceeds half a million users. In 2011, Vikas founded Securities Performance Algorithms, a fintech firm that provides buy and sell quotes, risk management infrastructure, and other efficiencies to securities investors.In 2012, Vikas co-founded Savant Care with Dr. Savant and Dr. Sonia Parikh. In his dual role as CEO and CTO, he led a team of 15 programmers to create Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software featuring a conversational UI.Vikas has recently worked on using blockchain to to store personal medical record (PMR), creating new markets for patients, doctors, pharmacies, researchers, and insurance companies.
