Vikas is a real estate professional with more than 16 years of experience in advisory, land acquisition, investments, product planning, financial feasibility and strategy domain of real estate industry. Vikas is highly experienced in handling various aspects of real estate development cycle i.e. sourcing projects/land, evaluating project viability, structuring transactions, due diligence, documentation, project planning, product conceptualisation and project execution.With an extensive experience in executing advisory assignments and assessing project viability pertaining to townships, group housing, commercial/office, retail & mixed-use projects across tier I, II & III cities of India, Vikas brings in a strong understanding of various real estate geographies in India and asset classes.In his current role at Experion, Vikas is responsible for building Student Housing and Co-Living portfolio across multiple cities in India along with acquisition of projects under residential and commercial asset class. His key role is to source, evaluate and present deals to the Investment Committee for approval and closure as per the Business Plan. He also lead strategic assignments on product development, positioning, planning, pricing and project launches. Vikas is an alumnus of School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli. His unique mix of educational qualification and real estate experience across multiple asset classes, provides him an insight of assessing an investment from both data analytics and business side of real estate development.
