Organized Monthly Backlog Reviews with Stakeholders rationalizing backlog priorities and socializing to all directorates within CBIAS. Implemented elements of SAFe Agile practices by partnering with other Product areas to ensure cross-product delivery. • Defined, managed and prioritized an extensive Product Backlog of User Stories based on categories governed by value and risk.
