The teams are responsible for building and operating the catalog product and infrastructure services backbone that powers the Amazon Product Details Page.In 2024 (and beyond), this team is also responsible for integrating Amazon GenAI with the Amazon Catalog Services to meaningfully change how Sellers list their products on Amazon.Variations selection offering is a multi billion dollar business for Amazon that runs at 5K TPS (average) and 9K TPS at peak

I lead three mission critical pillars within the Facebook Videos Org. My experience range from running 0 to 1 initiatives as well as scaling PMF ideas to billions of users world-wide. This includes setting the north star vision for my org, defining the mission and goals, as well as actively working on right org structure to enable efficiency in decision making, execution and collaboration.1. The Video platform and performance pillar: This org powers the platform for all things videos (Live, VOD, Reels, etc) inside Facebook Watch. I am responsible for tech direction, setting up long term strategy and defining north star success for this org. 2. Emerging markets and International bets: I evangelized this team about 3 years ago and since then established it as a major growth driver for Facebook Videos across emerging markets worldwide3. Compute Efficiency Pillar: Videos and the related ranking and product experience is extremely compute heavy. In this new resource constraint environment, this org is responsible for driving compute efficiency work-stream for the organization of ~500 engineers.Video has reached 50% of the time spent on the Facebook app due to the growth of these products and pillars.Facebook Watch is our video destination (tab in the app) and ecosystem on Facebook. Consulting with a Stealth Startup that is building a disruptive recruitment product.

I built and led 4 teams of about 50 people that were responsible for building and launching the Mastercard Secure Remote Commerce APIs. I was responsible for building the team, setting tech direction, long term strategy and org's goals/ success metrics as well as navigating the compliance and regulatory challenges.

I led the Amazon Worldwide Marketplace Shipping Services (MSS) teams for Prime (and non-prime) sellers. The product and its service is used by millions of sellers worldwide to fulfill their orders on Amazon.com. MSS offers fulfillment and shipping predictability in-particular for Prime Sellers. This enabled Amazon Marketplace maintain a high level of confidence on Prime Shipping on-time delivery promise to their customers.I was also the Founding team member for Amazon Prime Now for 3rd Party sellers. My team built the 1st version of Prime Now shipping and launched this in Seattle area, before it was scaled further.I had the opportunity to lead teams on Multiple Country launches for game changing Amazon wide initiatives, including Amazon Webstore. This enabled businesses like M&S, Tupperware, etc to build online storefront for their customers.

I led the B2B product org (50+ engineers) focusing on building the BMC Atrium Orchestrator product and APIs. This was a 0->1->scale opportunity. The team built the 1st version of the product and enabled its acquisition to BMC Software. Post acquisition, my teams were responsible for scaling the product, driving growth, deployment and adoption across multiple (100+) enterprise customers.I was responsible for setting the roadmap and product strategy, enabling BMC Execs with the 3 year vision of the product line, hiring and coaching the team, setting meaningful goals for the org and leading through the execution.
