• Performed and handled statutory audit, finalization and consolidation of Annual and Interim Financial Statements of Aegis Limited (An Essar Group Company) & its subsidiaries under India GAAP. • Handled finalization, consolidation and audit of Aegis USA, Inc., Aegis Communications Group LLC and Aegis Receivable Management Inc under USGAAP. • Performed the process review of the listed client and prepared the management reports.• Statutory Audit and Finalization of Annual Accounts of Essar Telecom Limited and its subsidiaries under IFRS.• Performed audit of derivative instruments as per ASC-815, audit of factoring transaction (sale of accounts receivable) under ASC-860 and audit of consolidated financial statement as per ASC-810• Key client are Aegis Limited and its subsidiaries (Essar Group) such as Essar Services Holdings Limited, Essar Telecom Limited, Aegis Limited and other group companies.
