RESPONSIBILITIES:-Site management and monitoring of direct and sub-contract labor working on hourly rates.-Project Management and Site supervision of mechanical services rough-in, equipment installation, testing and commissioning.-Project Planning, scheduling timely receipt of materials and equipment and avoid lost time activity.-Liaise with stake holders, builders, consultants and architects.-Technical selections of HVAC main equipment.-Review tender documents, drawings and project specifications.-Development of shop drawings, coordination and as-built drawings.-Initiate material take-off for mechanical service.-Cost estimation for mechanical services system to residential and commercial buildings.-Follow-up daily work progress, analyze productivity and reporting the site status to Project Manager and Director.-Engineering decision making and providing technical assistance to the construction team at site.-Cost negotiations with manufacturers and sales representatives.-Cost control, claims and variations, regular follow up on submitted invoices against the finished works.-Site coordination with Hydraulics, Fire fighting, Electrical and other engineering trades.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-HVAC design analysis.-Managing and supervision of HVAC chilled water system installations and commissioning.-Selection of HVAC materials and equipment such as chillers, air handling units, fan coil units, CRAC units, XDO & XDP units for Data centers, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, pressurization units, ventilation fans, chemical dozing units, ducting and piping materials and accessories.-Conduction of air and water balancing of the HVAC systems.-Preparation of method statements and material submittals for client’s approvals.-Coordinating material inspections with the client and prepared Raised for information reports.-Participation in weekly held technical and progress meetings with the client.-Responsible for sub-contract management, material estimation, arranging & forecasting of manpower, tools & machinery as per individual project requirements.-Follow-up with site engineer and supervisor for daily work progress and to ensure all mechanical site activities are conducted as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications and to provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed.-Estimations, improvising and implementation of cost effective measures during construction phase.-Claiming of variations and running bills against ‘Bill of Quantity ‘and follow up of progressive payments.-Reporting of the daily and weekly work progress to the project manager and construction manager.-Negotiation on quotations with vendors, manufacturers and suppliers; placing purchase orders and later follow up scheduled delivery of ordered materials.-Knowledge, understanding and practice OHS regulations.-Assist ware-house in checking the completeness of the received materials.-Preparation of mechanical services dossier inclusive of operation and maintenance manuals.-Managing mechanical system operational maintenance & service during warranty period.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-Selection of Refrigeration unit for cold storage facility &refrigerated automobiles.-Cost estimation for supply & installation of refrigeration system.-Negotiation on selling price with client and automobile sales managers.-Coordination and follow-up with vendors and suppliers for equipment delivery.-Follow up for balance payments with the client after job completion.-Visit to client site and preparing proposals accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-Reviewing of mechanical shop drawings with respect to design and project specifications.-Supervision of mechanical site work execution by the contractor according to the approved drawings.-Coordination within hydraulics and HVAC site works by conducting weekly progress meetings with project teams of mechanical contractors.-Responsible for managing contractor manpower at site & checking the invoice against finished works.-QA-QC supervision, final inspections & implementation of HSE regulations at site.
