Fleet Coordinator
CurrentUtilize Fleet Management software and GPS tracking systems to monitor the location and movement of the vehicles in the fleet in African countries.Ensure movement of each vehicle on approved planned routes only. Ensure stoppage of each vehicle at only authorized and approved places identified by the company. Accurate & timely reporting of vehicle position and status update to appropriate authority.Ensure drivers adhere to all safety regulations and companies’ policies.Reporting of any violation or incident to the appropriate authorities and managementMaintain regular communication with drivers to provide instructions and updates.Respond promptly to any vehicle movement, emergencies, breakdown during nighttime.To Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, incidents and other issues encountered. To update workshop team promptly on any mechanical problem, or breakdown Implement emergency protocol case of accident, breakdowns, and other critical situations.Monitor and track the fleet's performance including maintenance schedules and driver performance. Collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
