In my role, I successfully led two engagements where my team and I developed 400+ comprehensive security baselines for banking clients.. Furthermore, we created Tenable Nessus audit scripts to automate security audits, ensuring all compatible devices were assessed against the established baseline. To ensure a smooth engagement, I facilitated weekly meetings with the client and our firm's management. These meetings served as a platform to discuss all crucial aspects of the project, including key points and deliverable requirements. My good communication skills and team work were some essential skills that helped me to successfully run the engagement.My technical expertise involved assessing the security of numerous banking infrastructures. This included vulnerability scans, security policy compliance checks against industry standards like OWASP, NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001. Additionally, I reviewed the security of various databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL) and performed Digital forensics readiness reviews to ensure that organizations had proper logging in place for digital forensics investigations.I was appointed as the SPOC for reviewing secure policy compliance reports. In this role, I meticulously analyzed the reports to ensure they adhered to established professional standards and incorporated all relevant technical details. Only upon my approval were the reports released to the clients. Additionally, my contribution extended by conducting many team upskilling events where I provided trainings on Secure configuration baseline documents creation and policy compliance review for team members and for new joiners in the team.My tenure was marked by consistent delivery excellence. This commitment was acknowledged by PwC India through multiple awards and by client expressions of appreciation.
