In one example we prepared a strategy for Public Health Foundation of India and now it is with our IT Team for the implementation phase. Further I supported Business Development activities such as building proposals and establishing connections with potential clients. I have been part of two new Business Development Activities. In the first one I was responsible for tracking of opportunities offered by various developmental agencies such as the Asia Development Bank and United Nations Development Programme. In the second initiative I was part of a team that pursued Public Enterprises and offered our services to help them become more efficient so that they may better carry out their function, service to the larger society. I was responsible for collaborating with doctors and web developers to build a platform suited for the unique needs of the medical profession.I was also part of a Promoter led restructuring effort and I did a diagnosis of the company to understand the strengths and weaknesses. Further, I was drafted the Business Plan that articulated the future direction of the company. Also I participated in Business Development efforts where my ability to get inputs from senior members of different departments proved invaluable. I was responsible for reviewing the requirements of opportunities and communicating these requirements to the relevant department.
