Responsible for program and project management for large scale IT projects. Besides managing the IT projects, I am regularly involved in product evaluations, contract negotiations and enterprise wide product implementation. I am responsible for managing the infrastructure account for the North American region. I provide account leadership and relationship management for several 3rd party accounts with over $5 million in annual budget. - Managed and negotiated the multi-year private cloud hosting infrastructure contract for the entire Honda North America hosting operations. Worked closely with several internal groups. Reduced the cost by $1.5 million over current costs while improving the SLA’s and account support, doubling the compute, memory and storage. -Managed the technical evaluation process for the largest digital agency selection done by American Honda in its history. Worked closely with several key business managers. American Honda spent over $660 million in 2013 and $860 million in 2013 on measured media. - Successfully negotiated the Sitecore contract for North American region. Reduced the 5 year TCO by over $2 million. Now actively managing the integration of Sitecore WCMS into various consumer websites. - Merged the two North American data centers to reduce cost and consolidate hosting operations. Managed team of over 100 people based in different geographic locations. Sold the virtualization idea to senior executives and website business owners. Converted over 270 physical servers to virtual servers and reduced the infrastructure cost by 30%.-Managed the upgrade of SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008 for the North America data center. Minimized downtime for consumer websites.- Successfully launched the HondaJet website meeting the extremely tight deadlines set up by HondaJet Executive management. Website was scoped, developed and launched in 3 months to meet the HondaJet refreshed interior debut date at EBACE air show in Geneva.

Founder of the dot com company. I played multiple roles from being the developer to application architect to marketing executive to managing director of the company. Later when the product was acquired by a US corporation, my role changed to VP, Business Operations. - Secured private funding to in amount of INR 500,000.0 to develop the product. Product was focused on entertainment, education and social interaction for teenagers. This product was later acquired by a US corporation and was launched in summer of 2000. - Scoped, architected and developed the website on .NET Technologies and SQL Server. Provided guidance to other developers as a technical project manager. - Developed the revenue stream by expanding the business in providing off-shore development services. Revenues soon climbed to INR 2.4 Million per annum. Total number of employees increased from 4 to 17.
