Reduced admin overhead, facilitated substantial growth, and impacted more small businesses, showcasing scalable solutions for multiple HBSCNY Programs using Softr, Airtable, Make.- Streamlined an Accounting/Financial service provider's workflow by integrating tools like Airtable, Make, Softr, GPT and Google Workspace, reducing manual tasks and errors, and boosting client satisfaction. Automated invoicing alone handled over $50k per client monthly, saving up to 5 hours weekly per client.

Worked on identifying the use cases of Machine Learning on Schlumberger's legacy data, including its applications and limitations.

• Designed extraction method, P&ID, selected equipment to deliver a 3 TPH precious metals processing plant.• Evaluated project proposals through both, computer-based as well as on-site analyses, and generated business cases to grow in the Zimbabwean economy.• Liaised with stakeholders from the mining and labour departments of the government to ease project implementation.• Employed process modelling techniques to optimise processes for efficient extraction of precious minerals from ore.• Handled relations with suppliers of mining and processing equipment and testing laboratories.

- Developed piping and instrumentation diagrams, selected equipment, directed purchase, and coordinated installation for a 300tph, $1M+ greenfield heavy mineral sands processing plant in Borneo.- Developed maintenance, processing and sampling methods to improve up-times and achieve >90% recovery.- Implemented environmentally sound methods to conserve water (80% reuse), and rehabilitate lands after mining.- Worked on shaking tables, spirals, sluices, electrostatic and magnetic separators, dredging ops etc.
