Role:• Currently based at Meerut as Regional Head – HR (Sr. Manager) and handling Western UP & UK region consisting 7 units i.e. Agra, Aligarh, Bareilly, Meerut, Moradabad, Dehradun & Haldwani• Accountable for recruiting executives across levels, on-boarding & induction • Responsible for Reward & Recognition program, employee engagement and employee communication• Handled end to end PMP for the region• Responsible for handling employee grievances on HR related queriesAchievements:• Successful Launch of Haldwani Unit in Nov’’15, recruited required manpower before launch• Mass Hiring of over 500 executives for circulation projects during Dehradun Edition re-launch in Feb’15 and Haldwani Edition launch in Sep’15
