As a Manager, I wear several hats within the organization:- Business Development : currently in charge of setting up an office in Madagascar- Manager of the Sage X3 software technical architecture team - Project Manager - migration (using XTECH-Upgrade), release management and implementation of the Sage X3 ERP solution in various industries such as pharmaceutical, transportation, energy, distribution, betting and financial services- Participate in presales - preparation of demos and sales proposals - Participate in all stages of ERP implementation from scoping workshop until the Go Live phase- Demonstrate broad and deep technical/functional expertise - Participate in the design and implementation of interface solutions between Sage X3 and other third party systems, e.g. DHL logistics interface and tax systems, e.g. 1C in Russia, Factorum in Mexico- Participate in on-site transformation missions (16 countries) during the different phases of ERP implementation projects, and knowledge of Mexican, Portuguese and Russian legislation- Develop and maintain team spirit and efficient communication within the team- Responsible for the IT audit of the ERP implemented in collaboration with external firms- Involve in performance optimization projects of the Sage X3 solution in collaboration with the DBA (SQL Servers) and system (VMware/network) teams - Experience in Pharma validation during the implementation of an IT system (V cycle) Show less
