Ltd:Handling SOD & EOD activities related to Greek Soft, NEAT and Bolt Applications and servers.Providing Dealing Floor Support to Macquarie Sales and trading staff.Handling day to day user issues, raising tickets as per the process and resolving them within the SLA period.Following of change management, incident management, problem management and adhering to SLA as per Organizational standards.Coordinating with NSE / BSE for mock trading session.Managing Bloomberg connectivity, and coordinating with Bloomberg technical staff for issues and requests.Coordinating with external vendors like Reliance, Airtel, TATA etc for efficiently resolving lease line issues.Managing issues and requests for user Desktops / Laptops / Blackberry devices / BT phones / Nortel phones / Voice recording queries and Call Detail Reporting.Monitoring Disk Space, Memory and CPU utilization of servers and taking actions or escalating to application group for resolution.Supporting new infrastructure projects in terms of technical assistance, logistics, manpower allocation etc.Handling bill payments of links, PRI, hotline etc for the dealing floor and other office users.

This includes ensuring that all jobs are on scheduled & running to achieve business requirements. Ensure that all KOP (Key Operating Procedures) and standards are met.My specific role/contribution in/to the project: RTGS: Taking regular backups, Performing SOD & EOD, Monitoring Inflow & Outflow of the messages and interacting with RBI users.FINACLE: Performing SOD/Core Upload, handling & execution of various services of the application.Disaster Recovery Procedure (DRP): Organizing DRP for all critical financial packages on different operating system, assuming as disaster occurred at any given time and performing restoration drill of all branches across India.
