• Handling Debit/credit card/NB/UPI fraud cases.• Ensuring reported fraud cases closed on real time to prevent loss of the users. • Prioritizing the ageing and escalation cases for the closure.• Investigating and providing suggestions to improve the process and help customer in a better way. • Handling escalations of RBI and Legal Team. • Helping product team for making changes in system on regular basis by analyzing the fraud trends to prevent fraud.• Handling the queries of the Bank/Police related to Banking frauds.• Attending Seminars/meetings with Law enforcement agencies and bank personnel. • Helps other internal teams regarding fraud related queries and share the data as per their requirements such as fraud PG/Wallet Merchants transaction details/Monitoring Database/Merchant fraud related dispute transactions. • Also, helps in termination of fraud PG/Wallet/Offline merchant by analyzing the volume of amount/count of the transaction.
