Executive - Purchase/Production Planning & Control (P P C):~ Setting up of month production plan & day wise production plan as per the sales projection and coordination with Marketing team.~ MRP (material requirement planning), preparation of inventory control report - required stocks, available stock (raw material, packing material & consumables). ~ Responsible for the procurement of all production items/components as per BOM through directly or indirectly purchases. Efficiently placing orders and follow up to ensure continuous supply of raw materials to workshop.~ Preparation of daily production report/MIS.~ Monitoring of daily dispatches & ensures proper dispatch of available finished goods stock.~ Physical verification/material audit of raw material, packing material, finished goods & WIP.~ Maintaining min – max level of RM & discussing with Quality team to reduce the rejection level.~ Hologram control sheet - generation of serial numbers in the software for invoice purposes.~ Issue of raw material, packing material & consumables to production department as per the requirement.~ Supports and participates in process development activities.~ Modification of BOMs at the production order level, collaboration with Marketing teams. ~ Consumed old slow & dead inventory. ~ Dispatch finishes goods to warehouses.~ Implementing cost reduction methods at supplier’s end. Assure best quality and competitive price.~ Working for vendor identification, vendor evaluation, visiting and auditing.~ Developing new vendors for the betterment of quality and commercial terms.~ Making All Purchase Order On Daily Basis.~ Sending All Purchase orders to Ho for Approval on Daily Basis.~ Participate in meetings with R&D team and vendors to discuss issues and re-solving queries to meet as per our requirements.
