Senior Technical Analyst
CurrentResponsible for testing the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of the interfaces of "GOOGLE Shopping" and "Google weather(current and forecast)" pipelines. The technology "ETL(Extract, Transform and load)" is integrated in google weather. Providing analysis to troubleshoot technical and functional-related issues which also includes finding bugs( "Buganizer" tool for log analysis).Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, report and track defects, verify fixes and perform follow-up work to resolve issues. Responsible to test the staleness of the data on "Onebox" feature of "Google weather(Current and forecast)" on search result page throughanalyzing the run rate and latency period of the graphs. Create and execute test plans and scripts that determine optimal application performance according to specifications.Hands on with SQL language and database queries, Providing Technical solutions to the orders and feeds related queries (w.r.t troubleshooting and validating feeds files ).Collect data around every transaction, identified and corrected performance issues, apply Integration testing tuning techniques. Monitor system functions to verify correct operations and detect errors.Well versed with the life cycle of software developement(SDLC) and testing softwares(STLC), Agile methodology and sprint planning meetings.Work closely with Project managers, developers and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate levels such as PTM’s ( Project Technical Managers) and POM's(Project operational Managers).Involved in providing training of different modules to different verticals or teams. Also, have an experience in handling a team of "5-7 people".
