As a lifelong foodie with a sweet tooth, I always felt something was missing in the Indian dessert scene. We had amazing traditional sweets, of course, but I craved something different, something new. That's where the idea for 99 Pancakes was born.In 2017, I took a leap of faith and opened the first 99 Pancakes store in Kala Ghoda, Mumbai. My vision was simple: to introduce the joy of mini pancakes to India. I believed in the power of innovation, and I knew that these bite-sized treats, with their endless flavor possibilities, would capture the hearts (and stomachs) of Indian consumers.From the beginning, I was committed to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. I wanted every bite to be an explosion of flavor, and that dedication quickly set us apart. We weren't just serving pancakes; we were creating an experience.But I didn't stop there. I've always believed in pushing boundaries and exploring new possibilities. That's why I've fostered a culture of creativity and collaboration at 99 Pancakes, leading to exciting partnerships with brands like Epigamia, Nutella, Kit Kat, and Rage Coffee. These collaborations have allowed us to create some truly unique and innovative menu items, further solidifying our position as a leader in the dessert industry.Today, 99 Pancakes has grown to over 40 outlets across 10 major cities in India. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm incredibly proud of what we've achieved. But more than anything, I'm excited about the future.
