1. Overall responsible for Maintenance of Plant & machinery.2. Scheduling and execution of Preventive Maintenance activities.3. Identifying training needs & measure the effectiveness of training of the maintenance personnel.4. Responsible for implementing & maintaining the IQMS related to ISO requirements5. Overall responsible for compliance with applicable legal requirements.6. Conducting Risk Assessment for potential failures, Reviewing and updating the same as and when needed.

• Managing Inspection And Maintenance Of All Electrical Machines (Coating, Printing, Slitting, VAAK Body Making, Flanging and Power Press Machines). • Completion of given task within the stipulated period. • Managing Inspection and Maintenance of whole plant electrical equipment’s & panels involved & Modification of Circuits and introducing necessary interlocks. • Proper documentation for all individual area of working like Preventive Maintenance report, Breakdown report, Scheduling maintenance, Delay report, Check lists, Inspection reports, Man power scheduling etc. • Executing the works with safety and developing the technical and safety knowledge environment awareness program for sub-ordinates at site. • Identified specific cables, connectors, fuses, circuit breakers and other electrical devices required for installation of monitoring systems. • Evaluated project scope to estimate costs and set timelines for project delivery. Coordinated with vendors to identify and procure appropriate equipment necessary for project completion. Manage the spare materials during Electrical maintenance for timely availability of spare parts.
