This made sure that my contact with everyone and the trust I needed in everyone was met.Coordinating with the product / Verification / order entry team to make sure that what has been logged in the past 24 hrs has been cleared out of the queue. Meeting many of the clients face to face has also been a very important role as this maintains confidence in them towards the company. Personalized service and excellent branding towards my company has made my customers satisfaction level boost to the top. Handling several accounts personally became a part of my role eventually.Travelling to remote places to make sure that we are available everywhere was a part of the development role.
