I maintained this role until I relocated to the US in 2015.The role of validator provided insight into a number of different organisations and their operating structures, I was delighted to be able to assist many of those businesses with improved methods of both security and day-to-day business functions, from HR policy to staff management.

During the 15 years with DHL, I professionally grew a great deal. Beginning my career as a Customer Service Agent, taking calls from customer on bookings and tracking shipment, I quickly moved into a Team Leader position. I was enthusiastic about gaining new skills in dealing with the daily challenge of people management. I naturally moved toward a development role and became responsible for planning and supporting all new Customer Service Cohorts. After 7 years within the Customer Service Department, an opportunity arose within the Training and Development Department, launching my development in course design and stand up delivery. I worked within a number of different functions; Operations, Customer Service and Management / Leadership Development. In my final years at DHL, I was a Senior Trainer leading a team of trainers. In this capacity, consulting with leadership to identify new business development opportunities for an ever-growing and constantly changing business, I discovered my passion.All of my previous experiences prepared me for the launch of my own company, utilizing my expertise and professional network to develop and grow a successful small business
