By using a strength based approach to practice, my role as Recovery Link Worker provides a case management service to support clients through their recovery journey. I actively refer people into recovery services, provide a proactive outreach service across Fife and coordinate client support which includes assisting to re-engage, harm reduction and Alcohol Brief Interventions as appropriate.
