My role at Options Trent Acres includes planning and delivering high-quality lessons in a fast-paced environment, where students with additional needs are given extra support through their education.

In addition to lesson planning and delivering high-quality lessons, I monitor student progress and work towards deadlines as part of the team. Due to my passion for advancing my career and drive toward inspiring young musicians, I was offered a permanent position at the college after completing my placement there. As well as this I have recently begun teaching part time around schools in the local rea as a cover teacher in Music, to broaden my experience of working within different establishments.

My role here involved working in cohesion with the wider team to make sure service ran smooth in a timely manner. I also supported customers with their feedback and resolved disputes in sometimes high-pressure situations.
