I have 10 years experience working in variety of qualified mental health nursing roles, from ward to community and most recently working with health and social care staff. Bubbly and motivated in nature, enthusiastic about providing quality care to service users. I am a skilled practitioner with experience in both longer term interventions and brief, alongside this extensive experience of assessments and providing holistic client centred care around the individuals needs. Mental health nursing is such a privilege to hear people's stories and help them on the road to recovery and holding that hope alongside them for better days. I had the idea and titled the "Breaking the silence in Perinatal Mental health" project with my previous role. We got celebrities to come and talk to the service users around their mental health experiences. During the covid19 pandemic on Microsoft teams. Which was a brilliant experience and we received amazing feedback for the impact it had. Most recently I have been providing training and webinars for health and social care staff on a variety of wellbeing related topics.
