Employed as a FTC HRBP delivering operational support to the Group and leading on strategic HR Projects. Working collaboratively alongside the HR Centre of Excellence.Achievement: Developed a trusting relationship with the group ELT at Rentokil-initial whilst on a 6 month fixed term contact. A true business partner opportunity, driving HR initiatives from conception to implementation. Providing a continuous improvement mindset and finding opportunities to enhance current processes. Agility to move easily between delivering Operational support and leading on set HR Objectives as part of the strategic business plan.
