This position requires me to assemble packaging and pack product according to customer specifications including visually inspecting the product packets for damage, misprints and ensuring the correct dates and codes are visible. I also have to then stack the finished product onto a safe-to-use pallet using the correct pallet configuration.Hygiene is key in this role and my workspace has to be kept clean throughout the day with regular machine clean downs taking place.

In this fast-paced role, I took multiple inbound calls from customers in their renewal period. It was my responsibility to ensure their policies are up to date and still meeting their needs, so attention to detail and active listening was key.Alongside this, I had to deal with upset and confrontational customers regularly whilst remaining calm and communicating professionally.I was expected to meet targets and keep up to date with constantly changing policies and procedures. I had to use multiple systems at once so multitasking was essential.

Beginning my career as a temporary sales assistant here, I worked my way up to the position of Store Manager. During my leadership, I received a Manager of the Month award multiple times. I assisted in recruiting new staff members, training them to company standard and performance managing them throughout their employment. Much of this role was based on meeting targets and deadlines so I am able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.

Successfully completed the Winter On Demand Internship Experience in consulting. Took part in online skills sessions with a work sample to complete at the end simulating a real world consulting task.
