I am currently employed as a driving consultant. I need to ensure all drivers are compliant with current legislation. I register and reference all our own drivers, and update our in house systems, and the relevant excel spreadsheets, I also deal with pay queries, and holiday entitlement queries. I have a good working knowledge of current tachograph laws, as well as the working time directive.

I was employed as an on-site co-ordinator, supplying C+E drivers to a large supply chain, my main duties involve liaising with the client, and supplying suitably skilled drivers to meet their planning requirements, and that all the shifts given to me are filled. I need to ensure all drivers are compliant with current legislation. I register and reference all our own drivers, and update our in house systems, and the relevant excel spreadsheets, I also deal with pay queries, and holiday entitlement queries. 2009 ­ Sept 2009ADR Resources ­ CorbyI was re-employed back at ADR, this time in Corby as a resource co-ordinator. Mymain role was to register new drivers, ensuring that all paperwork was completed,DVLA checks done, references taken, and assessments set up. General officeadmin, system work done (ADAPT) spreadsheets updated, and phones answered ina timely manner. Left due to the distance (140 mile round trip) .June 2003 ­ Dec 2008ADR Resources PLC ­ St AlbansI was employed by ADR as an out of hours recruitment consultant. This was a new rolewithin the company, and one that I very much enjoyed. My main responsibility was toensure that our clients have drivers. I take calls throughout a 48 hour period, fromdrivers, clients and third party suppliers. I was responsible for updating our in housesystems with name changes, new bookings, sickness etc. and have back-up from mymanager should I encounter anything major. Within my role, I used Excel, Email and anin-house system. I needed to be a good communicator, able to listen well, and think onmy feet, as well as having a good understanding of the transport sector, and WorkingTime Regulations to ensure that our drivers were compliant. I was made redundant atthe beginning of Dec 2008.

I am based on a clients site in County Hall Hertford, I currently work with Manpower as a recruitment consultant recruiting and filling shifts for Herts County Council. My duties include pre-screening candidates, interviewing them and obtaining references and CRBs, I also ensure that their mandatory training is up to date and arrange inductions. I liaise with clients, and organize the weekly shifts for support workers to meet deadlines whilst ensuring system is upto date
