This included full design and consideration of all models, including outsourcing to down-select with relevant providers.•Lead the people strategy across all areas, including organisational design, change management, talent attraction, talent development, remuneration strategy, culture and engagement.•Upon completion, seconded to the acquisition team at the request of the CPO, leading the people work stream for the acquisition of Higgins. Developed the 1650 heads workforce transformation strategy, overseeing future establishment of the HR framework across Higgins.
