About Vikki Taylor

I have a wealth of experience in Training/Administration/Project Management and Business Change with over 22 years of NHS experience. I have experience of working with a huge range of professionals and public on complex projects as well as a wide variety of different Administration duties within both Commissioning and Provider services. I am a very fast learner with excellent communication skills. I am a forward thinking person and I like to problem solve using my knowledge and experience. I am highly IT literate, with experience in all Microsoft Office programmes including Sway, Forms Visio and Project; plus experience in the use of various EPR/Clinical Systems (specialising in SystmOne).I have completed Prince2 Training and my NCFE Level 3 in Leadership and Management. I have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn new skills. Since moving to Northamptonshire I have undertaken a role as Digital Change Lead, providing training and digital transformation support the Adult Services Directorate, implementing SystmOne AutoPlanner. Most recently I have undertaken a role with Northamptonshire ICS, as Pharmacy Workforce Transformation Manager, which sees me managing the Pharmacy Workforce Transformation Programme for the Pharmacy Faculty.
