Working with HDFC Ltd since 2001 and have handled multiple assignments at different geographies with them during this tenure. Almost all of these assignments have either been an execution of a new business initiative or re-engineering an existing one. A quick synopsis is as follows:Set up the "Business and Strategy Department" - HDFC's first. Launched the "Home Loans Distribution Company - HDFC Sales Pvt Ltd", which now accounts for 58% of HDFC's Home Loan sourcing and then, in 2005, was asked to expand the business in the Middle East, based out of Dubai. After a 5 years and four fold increase in business and expansion across GCC, came back in 2010.Joined HDFC Realty Ltd.(100 % subsidiary of HDFC Ltd. and a Real Estate Advisory Company)as the CEO and revived the company from a "Residential Brokerage Company" to a "Real Estate Solutions Company" with presence in all Real Estate verticals and operations in over 20 locations with 400 professionals and over 8000 channel partners onboard.The business was sold to Quikr India Ltd in Jan'2018 - an e-commerce company at a valuation of of Rs 357 cr.Joined HDFC Ltd's Construction Finance Department and presently Heading the Special Situation Group (SSG) ensuring we find solutions to funded projects which are going through stress. .
