I am currently an Information Manager for Volkerrail specialist Businesses under central engineering. I have a very busy day to day and pride myself in being a working mum juggling a hectic work style around my family commitments.I am the Lead Mental Health Champion for VolkerRail & work with more than 40 mental health champions who support our 1,150 employees’ wellbeing. I am currently focusing my efforts on the specific challenges faced by our site based operatives, and am a pioneer for the Building Relationships On Site (BROS) programme, which has helped to make previously uncomfortable conversations feel comfortable.I am able to work closely with my team to create a positive workforce and I am able to work independently within a large team.I am confident in working with a male orientated work force and work along side site workers and office staff efficiency & professionally.I am confident working on CDE's & DMS including workspace & Asite which is Volker's preferred, ProjectWise & Assetwise for NWR and information manager role for Asite. I am confident in my ability as an Information Manager and thrive in the industry. I have been fortunate to be able to work with multi disciplines including Rail, Mechanical & Electrical, Buildings and Civils and have had the privilege to gain experience and knowledge in all areas.I am involved with over 30 Network Rail projects
