Fifteen years of experience in IT combined and more than three in Networking/UC specifically. Currently, I work in the networking and unified technologies field. My present place of work is "Aspell" LLC system integrator. As my employer company is a partner with "Grandstream" UC equipment vendor I implementing VoIP solutions for small to medium size companies based on Grandstream solution portfolio. Also If a company doesn't have a proper IP network underlay we also deploy it for them to ensure good overall network performance and VoIP network in particular(with all QoS requirements). My biggest and most complex VoIP/Networking deployment yet is implementing VoIP and Networking solutions for Public Services Agency in Uzbekistan. After thorough planning of IP addressing and SIP numbering fifteen IP PBXs and the same amount of ethernet routers were deployed in a full mesh manner with dynamic routing at layer 3 and peer SIP trunks. Also, security, backup, and QoS measures were implemented to ensure smooth and reliable functioning solution.After deep dive into provisioning mechanisms, I can say that installing hundreds of SIP endpoints such as IP phones is no more an issue. After proper planning, such amount can be installed in just a manner of a few hours. That greatly reducing deployment time for our customers.Pursuing the increase of my expertise in the Unified Communication field. After finishing the Cisco-partnered PCAP Python course I planning to read, learn and practice Asterisk open platform. Then my plan is going to mastering the Cisco Collaboration learning program. The end goal of all studies for me is better solution deployments with more customer satisfaction.
