A personal trainer trainee, who is a fitness lover with not the best genetics but a huge desire to show that not even the best genetics can achieve a good body with hard work! I started my journey 3 years ago although my first 2 years were significantly inconsistent, I have been lifting and dieting properly for almost a year now. I DO NOT tolerate BS information so do not expect that from me EVER, as my only desire is to help people with fitness and achieve their goals :)I have been advising and helping people on Instagram for the past two years when I started my Instagram account "@vikmilfitness". Throughout significant experience and trial and error throughout work on my own body and supporting people and clients in forwarding them closer to their goals, I have accumulated further confidence in my abilities to give advice to people on how to overcome different challenges people have such as plateaued weight loss or stagnated muscle mass. I only wish to help the best I can for my clients as I understand how saturated the fitness industry is becoming with unrealistic expectations leading to reduced mental wellness for most people trying to achieve the body of their dreams- I WANT TO REVEAL THE TRUTH. I am brutally honest and true but that is the way I see best moving forward, whilst taking into account my clients from an overall holistic perspective and not just from a physical consideration that may not be suitable for their lifestyle.
