Performance Management & Improvement∎ Developing clear, measurable KPIs for Heads of Business Units (HOBU) within Boustead Group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Diagnosing bottlenecks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, resource allocation, and overall performance.2. Performance Tracking & Reporting∎ Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic insights for senior management, evaluating ongoing projects and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.3. Strategic Planning and Execution∎ Support senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives aligned with long-term corporate objectives with data-backed insights for key decisions on business improvements and strategic initiatives.4. Project Portfolio Management ∎ Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. 5. Financial & Operational Analysis∎ Analyze financial statements to pinpoint cost drivers and inefficiencies, developing actionable recommendations to optimize resources. Track variances between budgets and actuals, crafting cost models to enhance outcomes.6. Market Insights & Data-Driven Decision Making∎ Utilize data analytics to interpret market trends and assess potential expansion areas. Provide actionable insights to drive profitability and operational efficiency.7. Cross-Functional Collaboration∎ Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, corporate finance, operations, and other departments) to integrate performance improvements across departments. 8. Risk & Compliance∎ Ensure risk mitigation and compliance with industry standards in all initiatives.
