Service Responsibilities : - To take care breakdown and Preventive Maintenance call within the region (Chennai - Vellore - Pondicherry) - To support other region when there is a need. - To plan Preventive Maintenance of equipments according to the schedule. - Call logging when a breakdown happens - Immediate support through remote guidance if it can be solved over phone. - Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting methods to find the problem and solving it. - Based on the spare requirement problem can be fixed ASAP and preventing from reoccurance. - Providing detailed report and proper explanation about the breakdown to the customer.
