We provide innovative and practical end-to-end solutions that enable them to maximise productivity, increase revenue generation, and remain relevant through changes in market trends and demands.As the Senior Vice President of Technical Services, I handle the end-to-end development, management, and support of banking solutions that comprise both the kiosk and backend host with a team of developers that I currently manage and lead. I support the team by establishing a strong direction, ensuring appropriate practices are followed, and maintaining a productive work environment to preserve the quality of team deliverables.Project Highlights:● Implemented a crucial design solution to resolve intermittent delays experienced at the backend cheque processing system (HSBC Dubai 2011)● Permanently resolved the abnormal behaviour of a client database that caused the frequent breakdown of a client application (BOCHK 2020)● Developed and implemented an end-to-end prototype solution for HT Express in a short time (HTC 2015)● Developed and implemented a cheque deposit and cheque printing solution that connects to the bank’s host for Nigeria (Ambank 2008)● Developed and implemented external scripts on top of the existing document management system (Metafile) for a local bank for document annotation done by the core banking● Developed a wrapper that performs image quality assurance (IQA) and implemented it for local banks by integration into a cheque deposit solution (Affin 2007) The same wrapper is then used for other clients● Developed and soon to implement containerised docker services in the cloud (AWS) for backend processing of cheques (HSBC Dubai 2021)
