In this role, I developed a user interface for an Audiologist to efficiently manage client data and automate date-based reminders for expiring hearing aid warranties. Through Python and several key libraries, (customtkinter for the GUI, smtplib for email automation, pandas for data manipulation, and datetime for date handling) I was able to build a simple but diversely functional application.Key Responsibilities:- User Interface Development: Designed a simple and user-friendly GUI that allows the audiologist to add rows of data to an existing CSV file.- Data Management: Integrated functionality for importing and updating client data within the interface.- Automated Reminders: Implemented backend logic to access the current date, identify clients with soon-to-expire warranties, and send reminder emails accordingly.

As a Software Engineering Intern, I acquired hands-on experience with electric vehicle (EV) systems and the Python programming required for electrical components to communicate with each other. I also navigated the world of GUI-building with Winstar to produce visually pleasing vehicle dashboards. Key Responsibilities:- GUI Development: Utilized Winstar to develop a user-friendly marine digital dashboard, designed for use in marine vehicles such as pontoon boats and yachts.- Hex Code Protocol Translation: Gained expertise in the translation of hexadecimal codes, which are essential for transmitting messages between EV components.- Debugging Tool Creation: Developed a Python-based debugging tool to verify the correct translation of hexadecimal messages into readable English, enabling engineers to accurately understand the communication between various vehicular functions.

I led the development of a summer research program application focused on creating a user-friendly interface using Python and the tkinter library. This application allows users to visualize comma-separated data through various graphical representations.Key Features:- Custom Data Input: Supports user-provided CSV files for data input.- Data Visualization: Generates scatter plots, bar graphs, and linear regression plots to visualize the input data.- Easily manipulated graphs: Allows for beautiful data visualizations with detailed headings and accurate comparisons of diverse data columns.

Working as a door to door salesman, I would present sales pitches about painting to customers and obtain leads. These would lead to free quotes for customers which would then translate to jobs.

As a member of the 3414 Hackbots Programming subgroup, I contributed to optimizing robot performance across multiple seasons. Across three years of seasons, I worked on Java-based robot simulations and command testing, developed intake code for ball collection and shooting, and engineered a pneumatic arm system for climbing, enhancing our team’s performance in challenges.- 2020 Season: Explored basic Java-programmed robot simulation, testing parameters, and building commands for movement and execution.- 2021 Season: Focused on developing intake code for the current FTC challenge, enabling the robot to pick up and shoot balls through a conveyor system.- 2022 Season: Worked on pneumatic systems for the robot’s arm, calculating voltage and pressure to release and hang on monkey bars, securing additional points in that year's final challenge stages.
