Managed seven exceptional, innovating, Agile, fast-paced engineering teams responsible for the quality delivery of Paycor's next generation cross platform SaaS based Paycor applications.Paycor next generation Mobile application - This was brand new project required starting as a lead, hiring and assembling a new team, creating mobile test strategy, designing and building a hybrid automation framework that can test the services, run on iOS, Android devices, emulators and mobile test cloud. This initiative included coordinating with over 15 cross functional agile teams and driving to first version of Paycor Mobile App delivered in less than 6 months with high quality. Then enabling the team to release twice a month in the next 4 months to deliver continuous value to our mobile users.Paycor Portal - This was another brand new project of Paycor's users' Portal and Unified Navigation through the use of advance UI/UX concepts. This required managing and driving SDETs to design and leverage test automation frameworks to maximize test efficiency and decrease test turnaround time from 6 to 3 man days.Paycor Reporting & Analytics – Took over a distressed reporting product, initiated a transformation by building an end to end quality assurance strategy that included bring on personnel with front and backend expertise. Drove aggressive automation ramp up end to end with data flowing from source systems to Reports DB through ETLs and UI built on top of the Reports DB. Within 3 quarters implemented the test strategy supporting quality delivery of reports product.Paycor's Platform Integrations - Took over this team which required immediate personnel and process modifications to increase efficiency and deliver quality. This is very diverse team owning multiple cross platform integration services, templates & products require expert analysis for smart test coverage including integration flows, prioritized automation, tracking progress and presenting to senior leadership.
