Heading the business development & expansion for My Vessel (https://myvessel.io) which is an LMS platform dedicated to the maritime industry. The Company is dedicated to creating the best learning experience for new and experienced seafarers, vessel managers, naval architects, and others by adopting new learning methods, utilizing modern technology with VR / AR, and upgrading old content to fit in with what exists in the maritime world today.

As the "Business Head", handled the followings responsibilities:• Designed project reports & proposals for acquisition of fresh projects in Maharashtra. Also, headed the entire negotiations.• Finalized all legal paperwork including development agreements, deeds, sale agreements, POA etc. in close coordination with the legal department.• Approved marketing & sales campaigns (within a limit of 2 Crs) designed by brand consultants for newly acquired projects. Chaired weekly meetings with the sales & marketing teams to evaluate effectiveness of sales & marketing campaigns.• Final Negotiator on closing property sales deals with buyers.• Chaired bi-weekly meetings with on-site project managers and the liasoning team to evaluate status of construction work and various Government/Municipal permissions.• Represented the Company for presentations before Cabinet Ministers, MLA’s and other bureaucrats from the Maharashtra Government and the Municipal Corporation.• Sole authority on the awarding of Work/Purchase Orders to Contractors / Vendors. Also, authorized clearance of final bill payments.
