• Working on Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center. • Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities. • Query Exchange environment using the Office 365 Command online tool. • Support the messaging environment in the Cloud (Microsoft 365). • Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion by keeping abreast of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system. • Experience with supporting anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules. • Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell. • Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 365 Teams. • Create security and distribution groups in Active Directory. • Working on SharePoint for providing access and creating site. • Exposure in Active Directory user creation & deletion. • Basic knowledge and thorough understanding of cloud computing services, that includes knowing networking, servers, databases, and software in Cloud. • Managing and deploying Azure solutions. • Troubleshooting and resolving Azure services-related issues. • Ability to run virtual machines on the cloud. • Configure and maintain Azure monitor, log analytics and alerts. • Configure Azure virtual networks, NSG, NAT Gateway.
