• As a Sales Head I am responsible for complete sales operation like setting the targets for all the departments and making sure all the managers achieve those targets for all departments of the dealership for the complete Gujarat region (Ahmedabad & Surat)• I am also responsible for making a attractive monthly and annual incentive schemes for all the sales executives and managers to keep the motivation level high in all staff.• I liaison with the Harley Davidson team in India and USA in terms of reporting, warranty claims and order placement.• I am also responsible for allotting the marketing budget and making a strong marketing plan which would create brand awareness and generate good business in terms of bike sales.• As a sales head I am also responsible for making sure that the dealership achieves the maximum score in all the company (H-D India) audits. • Managing a team of 10 Managers, I strive hard to make sure all the departments of my dealership are achieving all the desired results and generating maximum profit for the company.

• Joined as a Customer Care Executive ( Trainee )• After first six months was promoted and became a Call Center Executive.• Was given responsibility to handle Escalation Desk where if a call center executive was not able to handle a customer the call was forwarded to the escalation desk. • Was given a project to handle a team for welcome calling (Completed Sucessfully) . • Have won lots of Certificates for performances in various fields like Customer Satisfaction• Have received lots of Customer Appreciation letters via Email
