Senior Manager - Quality Management
- Responsible for heading/managing QA department from India Delivery Centre for all Quality Assurance functions include planning, strategy, testing execution and deliveries.
- Managing Team of around 40 members with full involvement, providing day to day plans, guidance, Issue and Risk evaluations, Mitigation Plans and coaching.
- Developed and improvising on quality assurance standards, processes, procedures and documentation templates
- Works with cross team product managers and other technical leaders to establish project plans and coming up with the Quality Assurance plan for the every release cycle.
- Conducted post-implementation reviews with the customers to identify performance improvement areas, to include identification of those aspects of an implementation that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure QA processes are documented, communicated and adequate to ensure agreed quality levels for the application.
