Current- Provide dedicated support for Zenoti Application users, addressing queries and technical issues.
- Guide clients through troubleshooting processes via phone, or email.
- Collaborate with Zenoti development teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Zenoti software.
- Maintain detailed records of clients interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of solutions.
- Stay updated on Zenoti product features, updates, and industry trends.
