Key Responsibilities are there:-  Handling the queries generated by Dealer/Distributor or company. Manage the Whole Service Team. Proper update feedback to our senior staff on mail/phone. Customer Complaints handling responsibilities. Team co-ordination. Working as proper channel. Taking daily reporting from Store Incharge, Co-coordinator and TRC Engineer. Manage the whole service center.  Co-ordinate with logistics vendors and resolve the logistics issues. Monthly review of team.  Educate to team for company policy time to time.
