• Coordinating with all branches & W/H’s for stocks movement.• Planning & Preparing the procurement plan(indent) in coordination with sales team IN ORDER TO meet deliveries of products as per dispatch plan• Planning for IBT (inter branch transaction of stocks) movements as per requirements.• Rate negotiation & Selection of transporters and Rate finalization.• Preparation of transporter agreements and renewal• Vendor analysis, selection, coordination and management for all 3PL functions and such other intermediaries that are part of the function• Vendor and CFA Performance analysis.(Monthly) • Inventory Control & Management-To monitor and control the inward movement as per the dispatch plan IN ORDER TO maintain the optimum inventory levels• Monthly physical stock checking and auditing and Inventory correction.• Coordinating with all the branches for defective movements and liquidation• Quotation analysis and finalizing the vendor for defective stock clearance.• Warehouse management-Inbound/outbound/Stacking norms/FIFO/Dispatches/GRN/STN• In case of damages and theft following for insurance claims process• Tracking and reporting shortages and recovery planning• Preparation of daily pending orders and coordinating with sales team for getting allocation for dispatches• Transportation bills checking and processing for payments.• Coordinating with finance department for release of transporters payment.• Preparation & analyzing of monthly reports-IBT transportation cost/re-dispatch cost/Branch evaluation/Physical stock variance/Ageing inventory stocks.

• Visual inspection of stock received for damages and raising claims wherever applicable• Coordinating with 3PL service providers for material pickup and delivery.• Providing Daily Dispatch priority and advance allocation to concerned CFA’s.• Requisition for vehicles accordingly and co ordination with transporters for the same• Physical stock checking and auditing.• Planning & Preparing the procurement plan(indent) in coordination with Marketing and sales team IN ORDER TO meet deliveries of products as per dispatch plan• Inventory Control-To monitor and control the inward movement as per the dispatch plan IN ORDER TO maintain the optimum inventory levels• In case of damages and theft following for insurance claims• Documentation of various invoices, stock transfer advices, road permits, octroi forms etc• Transportation management• Defective management• Coordinating with sales team for order processing and priority dispatches• Coordinating accounts department for release of transporters payment• To keep a Record of the Customer complaints and resolve it

• Dispatch material according to requirements after getting confirmation by Project team and customer• Coordinating with 3PL service providers for dispatches• Planning-Preparing the procurement plan in coordination with Marketing and project team IN ORDER TO meet deliveries of products as per dispatch plan• Inventory Control-To monitor and control the inward movement as per the dispatch plan IN ORDER TO maintain the optimum inventory levels• Transportation management• Vendor management-To reevaluate existing vendors; develop alternate vendors IN ORDER TO continuously improve delivery and quality reliability• Vendor analysis, selection, coordination and management for all 3PL functions and such other intermediaries that are part of the function• Generating Purchase orders (PO) for the vendors• Ordering-Ensure timely placement of purchase orders by the purchase team on approved vendors IN ORDER TO ensure availability of material at the right time• Organize and Execute-Ensure timely delivery of right quality components from vendors with regular follows IN ORDER TO meet the dispatch plan.• Maintaining Stock updating & Monthly Physical stock Reconciliation• Checking vendor bills and processing for payments to finance• Preparing reports of daily receipt, dispatch, statements/pending materials
